Rating methodology
Every score on this site, a 9.7 or an 8.6, comes from the same five-stage process and fixed weights. This page explains it in full so you can judge for yourself.
The five test stages
1. Registration and verification: we open a real account in a team member's name and record the time taken and documents required.
2. Deposit: we deposit real money (usually 50 to 100 dollars) using the method players in the region actually use, and time its arrival.
3. Play: we try slots and live tables, check the game providers and how smoothly the platform runs on mobile.
4. Support: we ask genuine questions in Arabic and English on live chat and log the response time and quality.
5. Withdrawal: we withdraw the balance and measure the time from request to money actually arriving. This stage weighs most on the score.

Integrity rules
We earn affiliate commissions, but they play no part in the score. When two listed brands share an owner we disclose it right where they are ranked. Every review carries its author's name and a dated test log, and we retest periodically, updating the "last updated" date at the top of each page.
Note: we never publish a full review before completing all five stages, which is why some ranked platforms show as "coming soon" on the reviews page.
